How many moms out there find it so hard to make time for daily devotions? It seems like every second of every day there are always kids running around the house and you never have a moments rest. It happens everyday and most likely will happen until the kids turn 18. Don't get me wrong, I love having kids running through the house but there are times when it would be nice to have 5 minutes to myself. I started doing the online devotional "A Confident Heart" which is going really great so far. I carve out at least 5 minutes to myself everyday either early in the morning or late at night. It is really an eye opening devotion. You can check it out here: #perfectlove http://proverbs31.org/online-bible-studies/#.
I also started reading "Women Living Well" by Courtney Joseph http://womenlivingwell.org/ which is really a great book so far and "Wife After God" by Jennifer Smith http://unveiledwife.com/wife-after-god/. Really as wifes, we need to be carving out time during our day and busy schedules to spend some time with God. It will make us better wifes and better mothers as well as a better person. Are you making time today with God? Don't delay spending time with. Do it now and your life will be so much better!
God Bless To You All!
